We are seeking an experienced bid professional to deliver construction submissions for the North region of our Transport business.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate, write, and produce bid submissions, presentations, and capability statements
- Develop compelling content that highlights our strengths and differentiators
- Support bid managers on large-scale tenders with capture strategy and content development
- Ensure bid process compliance and quality control
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder collaboration
- Manage project information, ensuring best practices in tender presentations
- Proven experience in bid writing and tender processes
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work both independently and within a team
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
