About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially focused National Revenue Manager to lead our Billing Administration team in Auckland. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of all billing processes across New Zealand, with a strong emphasis on revenue and margin optimisation, commercial strategy, solution design, and continuous improvement.
You will oversee the end-to-end billing process, manage key stakeholder relationships, and drive initiatives that enhance billing accuracy, efficiency, and commercial performance. This is a leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with strong people management skills and a passion for delivering results.

About The Role

You will oversee the end-to-end billing process, manage key stakeholder relationships, and drive initiatives that enhance billing accuracy, efficiency, and commercial performance. This is a leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with strong people management skills and a passion for delivering results.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading and developing a team of 8.
- Driving strong performance from our people with an in-office culture first.
- Managing the full billing lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with commercial objectives.
- Ensuring deadlines and the Client’s Billing KPI’s are met.
- Driving revenue and margin optimisation through proactive management of billing processes and WIP.
- Leading process improvement and change initiatives.
- Developing and reporting on KPIs and commercial performance.
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leveraging technology such as Power BI, Smartsheet’s and SharePoint to enhance reporting and process efficiency.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience managing or supervising a team, ideally within an AP/AR or finance function.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in revenue management.
- Proven ability to lead change and drive process improvement.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and Power BI.
- Relevant accounting qualification preferred but not essential.
- Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and clients.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
