We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our dynamic team. As an Administrator, you will help manage the safe and timely completion of all metering-related tasks by proactively liaising with contractors, building rapport and credibility with retailers, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and management of exceptions, analysis and creation of performance reporting, the reconciliation of invoices and billing of asset fees.
- Improve Bluecurrent data quality within the various ERP and bespoke systems.
- Administering CRM and Asset management systems.
- Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and systems employed by Bluecurrent to deliver service for gas metering systems (GMS).
- Investigate and follow through on issues and/or delays affecting the timely completion of work orders.
- Undertake all monthly retailer asset lease fee billing.
- Purchase order creation and management of invoicing, goods receipting and billing processed.
Who we are looking for
You bring a continuous improvement and problem-solving approach with extensive customer service experience and attention to detail. You have the ability to learn new systems and databases quickly and have previous experience with Excel. Additionally, you bring strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders.
