Your new opportunity:

This role is responsible for providing operational leadership to ensure the short and long-term growth and success of Opteon. This will be achieved by working with the Director of Operations NZ, Government & Advisory Director and Valuations Director to implement and deliver the Business Unit strategy. The strategic motivation for this role is to manage the Northland Government Services operations, achieving operational and service excellence aligned to client expectations and to establish a market valuation presence in the region.

About you:

We are seeking driven professionals with not only highly developed valuation skills but exceptional communication and business development skills. A strong client focus and commitment to personal professional development is essential together with:

  • Registered Valuer (NZIV)
  • Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
  • 2 years of junior leadership experience
  • Extensive Industry experience
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in and contribute to a harmonious team environment.
