Mercy Hospital is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to lead our IT project delivery, establish a structured Project Delivery Framework, and ensure seamless technology adoption across the hospital.

This is a fixed term role offered at 1.0 FTE or 40 hours per week to be worked Monday-Friday.

Specific duties include
- Develop & Implement an IT Project Delivery Framework to standardise and improve project execution.
- Lead IT Projects across applications and infrastructure, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Support Business Analysis by gathering requirements, mapping processes, and bridging business and IT teams.
- Manage Technology Change by ensuring smooth deployment into production and guiding the business through adoption.
- Oversee Project Financials - manage budgets, forecasts, and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
Skills And Experience
- 7+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in healthcare or enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies (Agile certification a plus).
- Experience in both Application and Infrastructure projects.
- Ability to manage change and work closely with business stakeholders for smooth technology adoption.
- Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, Azure DevOps) and IT governance frameworks (ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT).
- Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP are advantageous.
