- Provides key administrative and logistical support to the Project Management and Project Delivery Teams
- 100% compliance to Johnson Controls Safety Health & Environment Management System (SHEMS)
- Administrative & Logistical support for the Project Delivery team
- Providing support to Projects Managers and Project Leads to ensure all admin and logistics requirements are met
- Running, compiling and distributing regular scheduled reports, ensuring all data is accurate and reports are completed and delivered on time to all key stakeholders
- Arranging travel for offshore project delivery teams, including arranging visas, passports, and liaising with sites and involved agencies as required
- Supporting the logistics team with data management to enable the rapid deployment of plant and materials
- Producing health and safety documentation as required for project works
- Ensuring the project delivery team all adhere to the policies and procedures, to ensure consistency throughout all deliverable works
- Coaching individuals to meet the expectations of the role by focusing them on the most critical priorities, measuring progress and ensuring accountability to allow us to act like One Team
- Reviewing and updating existing procedures to ensure manuals and work instructions are current
- Ensuring all end of month activities are actioned diligently and on time, identifying and understanding problems efficiently and taking decisive action to resolve them
- 5+ years Administration experience in a similar role
- Team oriented approach
- Proficient MS Office Skills
- Drives accountability, inspires and develops others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and teamwork ability
- Customer service skills (strong service orientation)
- Professionalism and pro-activeness
- Excellent time management and work prioritisation skills
- Self-starter, accurate and organized
- Relationship management with both employees and customers
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
