About the Role:

Are you an enthusiastic IT pro ready to take your career to the next level?

At DTSL, you’ll:

  • Look after your own customers, ensuring their IT systems—PCs, laptops, printers, ATMs—stay stable and reliable.

  • Fix issues head-on, whether on-site, remotely, or in our workshop.

  • Help with installations, from rolling out new equipment to supporting broader IT projects.

  • Connect with people, building great relationships with users at all levels—from day-to-day operators to senior managers.


What You'll Bring

  • IT know-how: Completed IT qualification or 2+ years’ hands-on experience.

  • Hardware experience: Comfortable working with PCs, laptops, peripherals—in particular HP, Dell, Lenovo.

  • Windows & cloud skills: Familiar with Windows, Microsoft?365, and basic cloud environments.

  • Customer-first approach: Friendly, professional, and great at turning problems into solutions.

  • Self-starter attitude: You’re resourceful, think ahead, and know when to escalate.

  • Resilience & adaptability: You can thrive under pressure and take on any challenge.

  • Bonus if you have: Repair certifications (e.g. HP, Dell, Lenovo, ATM-specific).


Requirements for the Job

  • A clean, current New Zealand driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

  • A clear Ministry of Justice background check.

  • New Zealand citizenship or residency, and to be based in NZ.
