Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel and accommodation
arrangements for executives. - Draft, proofread, and manage business correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, including freight clients,
customs officials, and suppliers. - Prepare and manage documentation for freight shipments, including bills of lading and customs clearance.
- Coordinate office logistics, including vehicle and transport bookings for freight
deliveries. - Maintain filing systems and databases, both digital and physical.
- Track deadlines, action items, and project milestones.
- Assist with procurement and inventory tracking for office and freight-related supplies.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business information.
- Support senior management in daily administrative tasks and special projects.
Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job
- NZQF Diploma or above,
- At least three year of working experience in relevant industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
