Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel and accommodation
    arrangements for executives.
  • Draft, proofread, and manage business correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, including freight clients,
    customs officials, and suppliers.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for freight shipments, including bills of lading and customs clearance.
  • Coordinate office logistics, including vehicle and transport bookings for freight
    deliveries.
  • Maintain filing systems and databases, both digital and physical.
  • Track deadlines, action items, and project milestones.
  • Assist with procurement and inventory tracking for office and freight-related supplies.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business information.
  • Support senior management in daily administrative tasks and special projects.

Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job

  • NZQF Diploma or above,
  • At least three year of working experience in relevant industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
