Store Manager

Seeking for a Retail Store Manager,full-time,Permanent position.

It is a full-time and permanent position, about 30-45 hours per week.

• Location: Christchurch, Canterbury
• Salary: $26-$32 per hour
• The role requires to work as per the roster including evenings,weekends and public holidays.
• Utilise your leadership skills to make a difference to the team!
• Deliver and maintain our product and service standards
• Overseeing the day-to-day operation of all the branches (may require travel to other stores on a request basis to provide managerial support to the business)
• Providing quality customer service.
• Conduct regular market research and identify product trends.
• Identify, develop, and launch new products in all branches.
• Identify product pricing to meet business profitability goals.
• Making phone calls and sending emails and messages via online communication platforms to maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Answering all product-related inquiries and gathering customer feedback.
• Replenishing stock and maintaining inventory levels
• Training and supervising staff
• Ensuring compliance with all regulations in New Zealand About you
• Knowledge of vape products will be a bonus.
• SKILLS REQUIRED.
• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• Relevant qualifications or Experience is preferred.

• Alcohol and drug-free personnel. Clean MOJ record (Successful candidate may be required to undergo a pre-employment Drug Test).
• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
• Able to lift weights if required.
