Location: Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch, NZ-based preferred (Remote OK), Australia - Sydney, Melbourne regions could work also.
Contract Type: ASAP start, Full time work (40hrs/pw) Fixed-term contract for 9 months, with potential for extensions. Prorata Salary/Remuneration.

Why this role?
- Netsuite functional and some technical responsibilities with a leadership and mentorship edge
- Act as the ERP SME, engaging with finance, product, and technical teams to shape, scale, and optimise NetSuite performance
- Contribute to the financial systems roadmap, driving key projects and closing operational gaps
- Deliver high-quality NetSuite solutions that improve efficiency and reporting across the business
- Collaborate with finance and product teams to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions
- Manage NetSuite integrations and data workflows, proactively resolving technical issues
- Document processes, develop training materials, and coach team members
- Play a key role in wider finance system implementations and digital transformation projects
- 5+ years of experience across ERP systems, ideally NetSuite (SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, integrations), Functional expertise is highly valued also.
- Hands-on background in system analysis, accounting systems, or FMIS administration
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and coach others across a high-performing team
- Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a bridge between tech and non-tech teams
- Experience with BI/DW tools (e.g., Tableau, Snowflake) or AI projects is a bonus
- You're delivering impactful NetSuite enhancements and fostering a culture of collective ownership
- Your solutions drive both system performance and strong user adoption
- You’re a key contributor to team development and strategic decision-making
