Programme Manager
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects within timelines and budget constraints.
- Lead project teams and ensure effective collaboration and communication. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered with quality and meet stakeholder expectations. Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
