About The Role
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be working within an Agile team to deliver, design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure to improve our end-user experience, and drive our modernisation work to improve our operational resilience. You'll support and document procedures and train our level 1/2 support.

About The Role
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be working within an Agile team to deliver, design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure to improve our end-user experience, and drive our modernisation work to improve our operational resilience. You'll support and document procedures and train our level 1/2 support.
Experience In Most Of The Following Is Required
- Server Management experience
- Database Management experience
- Virtualisation Platforms: VMware, OLVM, Citrix, and AVD
- Vulnerability Management
- MDM Management ( Intune and Jamf) Implementation experience
- GPO administration/ Active Directory Management
- Windows application packaging and deployment
- Managing of endpoints from a centralized infrastructure with automation
- PowerShell scripting
- Working knowledge of Azure
- Solid understanding of Cybersecurity
- Print Server and Follow Me printing
- Maintaining SLAs, Troubleshooting Tier 2 & 3 problems
- Enterprise Audio Visual deployment experience
- Vendor Management
- Life Cycle Management
- Capacity Management
- Ability to communicate technical jargon effectively to both non-technical and technical audience
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required
- 2-4 years of System Administration experience
- Experience with supporting Windows Server, Windows 10/11, macOS and Linux
- Experience auditing and monitoring changes on premise and cloud environments
- Working knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
- Experience with scripting and automation tools
- Working knowledge of implementing and effectively developing helpdesk and IT operations best practices, including knowledge of security, storage & data protection
- Pays attention to detail.
