What You'll Do
- Ensure all project-related communications are clear, consistent, and tailored to suit the technical understanding of various audiences within the organisation.
- Support project teams by establishing effective standards, tools, and procedures for managing issues, risks, security protocols, privacy requirements, and information management practices.
- Arrange and attend meetings across multiple project streams; take accurate notes and distribute meeting minutes promptly to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Assist with assurance and governance processes by following up on action items in the register to ensure timely completion of key tasks.
- Set up and maintain organised project files while implementing robust document control procedures for easy access and compliance.
- Coordinate logistics for important project meetings including Steering Group sessions to facilitate smooth operations across different workstreams.
- Conduct detailed data analysis during discovery phases by consolidating information from various sources such as Monitoring systems, Salesforce platforms, and FortiTools.
- Develop detailed schedules based on project size and complexity to ensure deliverables are achievable with available resources.
- A tertiary qualification in an ICT-related field demonstrating your foundational knowledge of technology environments.
- Proficiency with Google Suite applications alongside strong technological aptitude enabling efficient handling of digital tools required for project coordination.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence for managing templates, reports, dashboards, and other project documentation needs.
- Excellent judgement combined with strong common sense; your communication skills are exceptional with meticulous attention to detail evident in all aspects of your work.
- A proactive mindset paired with solution-oriented thinking; you possess solid analytical abilities complemented by effective problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability when responding to changing priorities or evolving work demands within fast-moving project settings.
- The ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly in non-technical language so business users can easily understand key points.
