As we continue this growth journey, we have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Business Partner – People & Performance to join our team and play a pivotal role in aligning our People strategy with business objectives to drive organisational success

What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

As a strategic partner to our business leaders, you’ll be at the heart of shaping and delivering people-focused solutions that fuel organisational success. You’ll bring sharp insight and expert guidance across leadership development, employee relations, organisational change, and workforce planning—always with a focus on creating a thriving, inclusive workplace. Your knack for interpreting people metrics, navigating complex change, and managing risk will make you an invaluable asset. With your finger on the pulse of employment legislation and a proactive approach to compliance, you’ll also work closely with external legal counsel when needed.

About You | Mōu

You’re a confident relationship builder with strong influencing skills and the ability to turn complex ideas into clear, practical advice. You’ll have proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a comparable environment and a solid grasp of New Zealand employment legislation. Organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities with ease, you’ll also be naturally curious and resourceful - ready to support colleagues whenever needed. With sound judgement and a hands-on approach, you’ll navigate challenges effectively. Your ability to drive change and understand business drivers will make you a valued contributor to our team.
