As an Insurance Sales Consultant, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and expert guidance to help their customers make informed decisions. Your goal will be to deliver positive customer experiences while meeting sales and retention objectives.
- Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week between 8AM - 7PM. (set shifts)
- Annual leave entitlement 4 weeks + 2 extra days.
- Giving back days - leave days for charity work.

- Engage with customers via inbound, outbound and digital channels to deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct high-quality conversations to achieve customer satisfaction and sales success.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up actions.
- Contribute to team performance goals and a high-achieving team culture.
- Proven experience in frontline sales.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Resilience and optimism in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
