The Opportunity
- As an Enterprise Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in business planning, and strategy development. You'll provide insights that drive decisions and guide critical transitions, supporting not just business operations, but the ambitious families and entrepreneurs behind them.
- Engage with clients to understand their challenges and offer solutions, including providing assistance where required with SME tools (such as Xero, MYOB & Excel).
- Cultivate strong client relationships and maintain regular communication.
- Prepare a variety of financial deliverables, including management accounts, cash flow forecasts, GSTs, FBTs.
- Effectively manage your time and prioritise various deliverables by communicating with key stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist with larger assignments under the guidance of senior team members.
- Participate in team dynamics and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- 2+ years' of experience relevant to the role
- Your CA qualification, or working towards this.
- Experience in preparation of financial statements through to completion, management accounting, GST returns.
- A proactive, client-focused mindset dedicated to driving business growth and innovation.
- Strong relationship building and communications skills.
