Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth & Financial Management: Develop and execute a strategic business plan, drive revenue and profit, and achieve financial targets.
  • Customer & Sales Management: Identify and manage sales opportunities to maximize growth, ensuring a strong customer base through effective relationship-building and a systematic call cycle.
  • Reporting & CRM: Utilize CRM for managing customer contacts and ensure accurate branch reporting.
  • Product Expertise: Build product knowledge to resolve customer inquiries and maintain high service standards.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Promote a safe work environment, adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
