Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth & Financial Management: Develop and execute a strategic business plan, drive revenue and profit, and achieve financial targets.
- Customer & Sales Management: Identify and manage sales opportunities to maximize growth, ensuring a strong customer base through effective relationship-building and a systematic call cycle.
- Reporting & CRM: Utilize CRM for managing customer contacts and ensure accurate branch reporting.
- Product Expertise: Build product knowledge to resolve customer inquiries and maintain high service standards.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Promote a safe work environment, adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Team Player: Collaborative, communicative, and committed to building a positive team culture.
- Results-Oriented: Driven to achieve financial and sales targets while handling multiple priorities with accuracy and composure.
- Customer-Centric: Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to nurture and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong computer literacy: experience in Outlook, Excel, and ERP - M3
- Technical & Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of our products and solutions, with the ability to make informed business decisions.
