Fixed Term Role (Ending November 2026):
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining reporting procedures and record keeping, as well as analysing reports and identifying solutions. You will be leading the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Whangārei reception teams, making sure they perform well, efficiently, and to a high standard as a team. You will also be providing financial support across the wider business and assist in the preparation of monthly and year-end financial statements as needed.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining reporting procedures and record keeping, as well as analysing reports and identifying solutions. You will be leading the Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Whangārei reception teams, making sure they perform well, efficiently, and to a high standard as a team. You will also be providing financial support across the wider business and assist in the preparation of monthly and year-end financial statements as needed.
- Manage the daily operations of the AP, AR, and Reception teams
- Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing and reporting
- Provide financial support to the wider business and assisting with month-end and year-end financials
- Prepare reconciliations and journal entries
- Lead team performance and development
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and audit processes
- A tertiary qualification (Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience preferred)
- At least 6 years of administration experience in a finance environment
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting processes
- Proven team leadership and communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task under pressure
