We are looking for a full-time (37.5 hours per week) Operations Manager who can support our growing Operations Department. As the Operations Manager, you will have a diverse and varied role. You’ll collaborate with our global teams to support company initiatives and uncover innovative solutions, while taking a proactive approach to your day-to-day responsibilities.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Implementing support strategies based on our company targets and objectives
  • Managing day-to-day operational support for third party suppliers that provide agent-facing products
  • Ensuring quality control strategies are suggested & implemented in conjunction with the Head of Agent Product Support
  • Attending industry events related to stay abreast of industry issues and innovations, ensuring TAG is at the forefront and always looking for new ways to drive revenues and efficiencies
  • Supporting GDS provider relationships to ensure maximum support of all related GDS products is provided
  • Assisting the APS team with ensuring all new GDS products are analyzed, tested & implemented when required
  • Developing a culture of high-performance through skill set analysis, coaching, knowledge sharing and individual development of all staff within your remit
  • Work with SLT to drive and implement operational requirements for successful M&A integration

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Travel, Business Management/Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience
  • 5+ years travel experience and deep travel operations expertise.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in travel industry.
  • Strong understanding of airfares, contracted fares, ticketing and reissues.
  • Advanced experience with GDS (Galileo, Amadeus preferred) and Tramada
