About the role
This is a hands-on, client-facing role that combines technical expertise with sales strategy and customer care. You’ll be the go-to person for AV sales and rentals - working with clients to understand their needs, recommending the right solutions, creating quotes, and supporting them through the sales process and providing the best after sales service.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships across a range of different industries.
- Work alongside ACLX Technicians to provide solutions for lighting, audio, AV, and stage equipment.
- Create and convert sales quotes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain product knowledge and collaborate with in-house experts.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
- Contribute to a safe and well-communicated workplace and event environment.
About you
- Proven ability to sell technical solutions and build long-term client relationships.
- Proven experience or passion for the AV or events industry.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Savviness with systems, software and a willingness to learn.
- Full NZ driver’s license.
