We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor to join a fast-growing health and social services organisation, based in South Auckland. You will be joining a fantastic team who have an excellent team culture. The staff longevity is solid, we're looking for the best to become apart of this team and join them on a very exciting growth journey.

This role is primarily based in office, though there may eventually be the option to work from home one day per week.

This is a permanent, full-time role. This is very much a generalist position.

The day-to-day duties will include:

  • Work force strategy
  • Contribute to organisational development
  • Exit interviews
  • Performance management
  • ER
  • Close support to upper management

To be successful in this role:

  • Previous relevant HR experience
  • HR experience within a clinical environment would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of Māori customs and ideologies
  • Excellent communication and outstanding people skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines
  • Either permanent residency or NZ citizenship

Pay: $80,000 to $95,000
