- $80,000-95,000 per annum (base salary +benefits)
- Wellington CBD location, work from home flexibility
- 18 month fixed-term role, public sector client
Duties Include
- Programme coordination and administration: scheduling, maintaining governance documentation and project-timelines, complex reporting and logistics.
- Stakeholder engagement and communication: central point of contact for programme communications, coordination of stakeholder engagement meetings and management of external communication.
- Financial and resource management: Maintenance of programme budget, expenditure and transactions. Assist with procurement processes and cost-effective resource allocation.
- Technology and operational support: Support data management and efficient use of technology for programme operations.
- Risk and issue management: Maintain updated records of programme risks, dependencies and any corrective actions.
We Are Looking For
- 5+ years previous experience in a project coordination-based role, ideally in the public sector or delivering projects for the public sector
- Experience working in largescale HRIS, payroll or IT system rollouts is preferred
- Experience in budgeting, senior level administration and document preparation
- Tech-savvy, proficient in the MS Suite, collaboration and project software
- Outstanding communication skillset, time-management and organizational abilities
