A stand-out opportunity for an experienced public sector project coordinator, to hit the ground running in the successful delivery of a multi-systems implementation project. We are looking for senior-level, dynamic project professionals, with a passion for relationship management and exceptional delivery experience.

Duties Include

  • Programme coordination and administration: scheduling, maintaining governance documentation and project-timelines, complex reporting and logistics.
  • Stakeholder engagement and communication: central point of contact for programme communications, coordination of stakeholder engagement meetings and management of external communication.
  • Financial and resource management: Maintenance of programme budget, expenditure and transactions. Assist with procurement processes and cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Technology and operational support: Support data management and efficient use of technology for programme operations.
  • Risk and issue management: Maintain updated records of programme risks, dependencies and any corrective actions.

This is a true, project coordination position and we are looking for a project coordinator who will lead in their approach to work and become a go-to person for others in the project.

We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years previous experience in a project coordination-based role, ideally in the public sector or delivering projects for the public sector
  • Experience working in largescale HRIS, payroll or IT system rollouts is preferred
  • Experience in budgeting, senior level administration and document preparation
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in the MS Suite, collaboration and project software
  • Outstanding communication skillset, time-management and organizational abilities
