- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive clarity, surface insights, and ensure consensus across business units.
- Provide guidance on system use, including SAP ERP, ensuring alignment with both local needs and broader operational best practices.
- Perform cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support investment decisions and prioritisation.
- Support knowledge transfer and documentation for seamless transition from project implementation to business-as-usual.
- Participate in governance forums, including Technical Design Authority, contributing to solution roadmaps and architecture discussions.
- Assist in business case development and communicate expected outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
- Keep internal teams and external partners aligned through consistent and open communication.
- A tertiary qualification in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, or similar.
- Professional certifications such as IIBA, Prince2, PMBOK, SAP, or Microsoft are a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in business process analysis, especially within supply chain or related operational environments.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems – ideally SAP ERP.
- Experience designing and facilitating workshops to define and prioritise requirements.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently at all levels – from end users to leadership.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies, and how to apply them in complex delivery environments.
- Understanding of relational databases and how they support core business systems.
- Experience with food safety or quality processes is beneficial but not essential.
