What You’ll Be Doing

As part of a growing team, you’ll work closely with trade professionals, integrators, and installers to deliver smart, secure, and seamless automation solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with goods and services purchased, and resolving any problems arising
- Visiting regular and prospective customers to establish and act on selling opportunities
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with trade customers, installers, and integrators
- Promoting our full range of automation and access solutions to meet (and exceed!) sales targets
- Offering technical support before, during, and after sales to ensure smooth implementation
- Identifying new opportunities for business development across Auckland
- Leading product demos and training sessions to empower installers and clients
- Attending industry events to keep Aero NZ top of mind across the market
- Supporting the local branch with hands-on help when needed — we’re a team-first kind of company!
- 3 years’ experience in technical sales and customer support
- Strong technical insight with the ability to explain complex systems clearly and confidently
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with automatic door systems, gate automation, or access control is a big plus
- A sales-driven mindset and a natural ability to problem-solve
- NZ Citizen or Resident.
