Job Description
The Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) Division of the Meetinghouse Facilities Department is seeking to appoint a Project Manager for the Pacific Area Office in Auckland, New Zealand. This a permanent full-time position reporting to the Area AEC Manager.
Responsibilities
This position involves assisting and supporting Church projects across the facilities in the Pacific Area. The role requires seeking innovative and creative solutions to the various challenges faced by the wider Physical Facilities team and the priesthood leaders. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration within the AEC, the Physical Facilities team, and with priesthood leaders, consultants, and contractors.

Qualifications
- A tertiary qualification in construction or related field, plus 5-8 years of project management experience, or a combination of qualifications and experience may be considered
- Experience in preparing projects for tender and managing the tender process
- Experience in managing the project construction
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Creative and/or innovative solution finder
- Experience with collaboration with multiple stakeholders
- Project financial control experience
- Willing to gain additional qualifications to assist in professional development
