About The Role
As a BAS Accountant, you will work with clients to plan for sustainable business growth by identifying their business issues, creating a plan, and making it happen. You will handle a variety of tasks, including external reporting, management accounting, and tax preparation, while providing expert advice and developing strong client relationships.
Our team provides personalised services to clients based on their unique needs and to meet the challenges at every stage of their life cycle. To excel in you will need to not only understand financial concepts, but also be a great communicator, be able to work with and without guidance and as part of our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Apply accounting standards like FRS, FRA, and Companies Act.
- Determine external reporting policies and entity requirements.
- Use and evaluate AO accounting systems for data transfer.
- Prepare reports and financial statements per policy.
- Manage external reporting with job plans and budgets.
- Prepare draft financial statements with minimal review points.
- Plan and monitor business performance with management reports.
- Prepare and file income tax returns, IR10’s, and ICA’s, and liaise with IRD.
We are looking for someone who is experienced, has strong commercial acumen and looking for career growth with:
- Minimum of 2 years of Business Advisory Services experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance & studying towards qualifying as a Chartered Accountant or equivalent
- A high level of interpersonal skills
- Strong written and oral skills in both English and Mandarin
- Confident, commercially savvy, innovative, detail-oriented
- Thrive under pressure
