New Vehicle Sales Consultant

Hawkes Bay Toyota is looking for a motivated and customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in our Hastings dealership – renowned for its high performance and consistently strong results.

About the role: This is a frontline position where you'll guide customers through the exciting journey of purchasing their next vehicle. You'll build strong relationships, identify the best solutions for your customers' needs, and deliver an exceptional experience from first contact to final handover.

You’ll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, and managing leads from initial enquiry through to delivery. You'll work towards individual and branch sales targets while contributing to a positive, high-energy team environment that thrives on success.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll be a confident communicator, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results. The ability to learn new systems, stay organised, and work well in a fast-paced, team-focused environment is essential.
