• Case Management – Maintain clear and confidential records and contribute to multi-agency collaboration where required.

About You:

• Previous experience in family harm, crisis intervention, or client advocacy roles.
• Strong understanding of the dynamics of family violence.
• Sensitivity, confidentiality, and emotional resilience in challenging situations.
• Full, clean NZ driver’s licence.
