What you’ll be doing:
- Operations Admin & Analysis: Keep our internal systems running like a dream by owning admin, documentation, training, and quality control — especially when it comes to databases. Your knack for detail will make everything tick.
- Reporting: Love a good data dive? You’ll be pulling together ongoing and one-off reports, digging into the numbers, spotting trends, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Revenue & Invoicing: Help keep the financial wheels turning by processing contracts and supporting accurate monthly invoicing through NetSuite. You’ll make sure everything lines up perfectly between our records and revenue.
- Contract Admin: From setup to milestone tracking, you’ll manage customer and vendor contracts like a pro.
- Quality Control: Be our internal systems superhero! You’ll respond to requests, keep our documentation fresh and tidy, and make sure everything’s running smoothly behind the scenes.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience & Skills: You’re confident navigating systems, databases, and spreadsheets — if you’ve worked with NetSuite (ERP), that’s a bonus! You’re an effective communicator who builds strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and you’re passionate about using technology to make business processes smarter and more efficient.
- Personal Attributes: A curious problem-solver, you love digging into the detail and figuring things out. You’re collaborative, adaptable, and always willing to lend a hand to get the job done. You have a strategic mindset, thrive on delivering results, and are motivated by making a tangible difference.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field is preferred.

- A full-time (40 hours p/w), permanent opportunity with a great starting salary ranging from $64,000 - $74,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
