Role Summary:
We are currently looking to appoint a highly motivated Marketing Professional who will ensure the planning, design and execution of high-quality, data-driven marketing campaigns for IT & Networking Organisations for Channel Partners and End User customers.
The role will be responsible for working closely with vendor-partners and business managers to manage the Marketing Development Fund, build Marketing Strategy & Planning and ensure implementation with defined KPIs and results. The person will also collaborate with the team for implementing, launching and spearheading global marketing programs to support the India business and customised multi-vendor marketing campaigns within their portfolio, as defined and agreed by the Marketing Manager and other key internal and external stakeholders.
This is not a traditional vendor marketing role—the focus is on digital transformation, innovation, and pitching new concepts to vendors in a global environment.

- Strategy Development - Create and implement marketing plans based on market analysis, marketing priorities, and commercial goals for the vendor concerned. Sell and Upsell to represent our marketing capabilities to our vendors and attract marketing spend.
- Campaign Execution - Develop and execute vendor marketing campaigns to promote company services and drive business growth.
- Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, fostering collaboration and trust. Organise and contribute to all relevant marketing meetings with managers, vendors, and agency contacts.
- Performance Analysis - Use analytics to identify areas for improvement and ensure marketing efforts are maximising ROI.
- Program Development - Plan, create, and execute vendor programs to enhance customer and vendor relationships. Develop and execute high-calibre marketing programs, lifecycle and multivendor campaigns and activities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with various internal teams to ensure vendor programs are aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage all relationships and act as a point of contact for all stakeholders.
- Data Analysis and Reporting - Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, measure success, and inform future strategies. Effective financial management of portfolios.
- Process Improvement - Identify and implement process improvements to streamline vendor marketing activities and optimise efficiency.
- Global Marketing Programs- Drive Global Marketing and partner with the Central Marketing Team to drive Ingram Micro’s Marketing Campaign.
- MBA and Formal Marketing Qualification with 10+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated marketing experience designing and executing marketing programs and lifecycle campaigns, and experienced in project management.
- Experience in the IT Channel, distribution, and vendor experience is desirable.
- Experience in Channel Marketing and Corporate Marketing, with strong knowledge in Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, and eCommerce
- Proven commercial marketing experience, specifically in strategy, digital marketing, marketing intelligence, content development and packaging multi-vendor campaigns
- Experience in marketing automation platforms with a preference for Marketo
- Experience in data-driven campaign analysis of data and the ability to identify market opportunities
- Ability to analyse reports and campaign tracking to deliver ROI performance to stakeholders
- Dealing with multiple requests from several stakeholders
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
- Experience providing detailed briefs to internal and external teams
- Experience in managing multiple financial budgets, including forecasting
- Experience in providing campaign ROI reporting
- Application of a “Can Do Attitude” and the ability to be a self-starter
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
