Kōrero mō te Tūranga | About the Role

The role sits in the regulatory compliance support team. A team that is designated to monitor compliance via desktop. The role will primarily monitor water data and metering, following up with consent holders on their compliance against regulations and consent conditions.

The role would suite people who are confident reading data, able to provide advice and is confident in taking regulatory action. They are cost recoverable (charging for time), positions and therefore you must be able to keep good timekeeping records. As a Resource Management Officer, you would be expected to grade both compliance and non-compliance, gain an understanding of the legislation, and contribute to compliance monitoring programs.
