As a Content & Communications Manager, you’ll be the voice of Attach2 across our core regions—NZ, AU, and the USA. You’ll own the content engine, helping us connect with customers through clear, compelling, and highly strategic messaging. From educational content and how-to videos to EDMs and product stories, you’ll shape the way customers experience the brand. You’ll collaborate across teams, support campaigns, and make sure every piece of content we ship is aligned, on-brand, and outcome-focused.

As a Content & Communications Manager, you’ll be the voice of Attach2 across our core regions—NZ, AU, and the USA. You’ll own the content engine, helping us connect with customers through clear, compelling, and highly strategic messaging. From educational content and how-to videos to EDMs and product stories, you’ll shape the way customers experience the brand. You’ll collaborate across teams, support campaigns, and make sure every piece of content we ship is aligned, on-brand, and outcome-focused.
Your Mission
- Support the marketing manager to GSD (Get S**T done)
- Own the content calendar—plan and deliver engaging content across web, social, email, and video
- Create long-form and short-form written content that educates, inspires, and converts
- Coordinate and support the production of how-to and training videos across regions
- Manage and execute 6–8 monthly EDMs using HubSpot, including campaigns, newsletters, and automations
- Maintain product and campaign templates in HubSpot across Attach2 and SnowWolf brands
- Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to execute multimedia content
- Tailor messaging for NZ, AU, and US audiences while keeping brand voice consistent
- Track performance and continuously improve reach, engagement, and content quality
- Support PR and media content for product launches, events, and strategic moments
- Bring your creativity, drive, and strategic mindset to everything you do

- Proven experience in content, communications, or marketing roles
- Strong figure it out factor- do what it takes to raise the bar in the marketing team!
- Strong writing, editing, and messaging skills across digital channels
- Ability to manage complex content calendars and meet deadlines consistently
- Basic understanding of video planning or production coordination
- HubSpot or similar CRM/EDM platform experience
- Excellent communicator, both internally and externally
