About The Role
Due to the growing workload in Auckland, we currently require an experienced HVAC Technician to join our site-based team based at the University of Auckland Accommodation portfolio.
You will be working as part of a team, comprised of Plumbers, Electricians, HVAC Technicians and our Building Maintenance crew ensuring our client’s facilities are maintained to a high level.
The workload will consist of a combination of reactive maintenance and minor project work but also assisting with Planned Preventative Maintenance works.
About You
The successful applicant will be required to undergo a drug test, complete a Pre-employment Health Questionnaire and MOJ check. A criminal conviction review is also a requirement of the role.

About You
- HVAC or refrigeration Trade qualified.
- NZ Limited Electrical licence.
- Experience in BMS and HVAC controls preferred.
- Commercial maintenance experience is highly desirable.
- Knowledge and commitment to Health and Safety.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability or willingness to learn to use a tablet/iPad (for job dispatch).
- Guaranteed 44 hours per week.
