He whakamārama mō te tūranga mahi | About the role
Based in Penrose, we have an opportunity for an experienced Serviceperson to join our Reinstatement Team. In this role, you'll be responsible for restoring footpaths, driveways, and road surfaces to a high standard following civil and maintenance works. During busy periods or major outages, you may also be called upon to support our wider water and drainage teams.

You will be dedicated to high work standards, be flexible and committed to getting the job finished. You will be an excellent communicator and someone who is confident working with members of the public. The following skills and attributes are required:

- Concrete placing, finishing, boxing and cutting
- Spreading and laying asphalt
- Operation of a variety of hand tools
- Engaging with external and internal stakeholders, including members of the public
Required
You will be dedicated to high work standards, be flexible and committed to getting the job finished. You will be an excellent communicator and someone who is confident working with members of the public. The following skills and attributes are required:
- Minimum Full driver's licence, ideally Class 2
- Flexibility to work some weekends and overtime
- Experience working with Concrete or in a similar role
- Great work ethic and reliable
- A commitment to Health and Safety
