Working from our Albany Box Lobby Location, our Customer Service Officers deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers at our front counters and by phone. You'll champion our products and services, provide suggestions and access information for our customers. While this is a part time role, there may be opportunity to cover vacant shifts up to 40 hours per week. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills.

Shift

• Tuesday to Friday: 11:00 - 17:45 and Saturday: 07:45 - 12:15
  
  

What We Need From You

• Be available to work Tuesday to Saturday and be flexible to work up to 40 hours per week if needed
• Reliable transport and minimum of a restricted NZ drivers license
• Proven previous experience in a customer facing roles
• Problem solving skills – can you think on the fly and find the best outcomes?
• Administration and data entry skills
• Confidence to interact with people from all backgrounds face to face, phone and email
