Deloitte’s HR Transformation team is part of our Technology & Transformation practice who work closely with business leaders to deliver people projects focused on transformational change, leadership development, culture, and organisation and operating model design.
As a Specialist Senior, you will work on a variety of client engagements, focused on implementing SAP SuccessFactors functionalities to a clients HR processes.

Job Description
Your typical day will include:
Deloitte’s HR Transformation team is part of our Technology & Transformation practice who work closely with business leaders to deliver people projects focused on transformational change, leadership development, culture, and organisation and operating model design.
As a Specialist Senior, you will work on a variety of client engagements, focused on implementing SAP SuccessFactors functionalities to a clients HR processes.
- Providing consulting to clients to migrate to SAP HCM cloud solutions.
- Analyze business needs to gather functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution design in compliance with the best SAP SF practices and XML knowledge.
- Configuring the end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM, RMK and Recruiting Posting) and Onboarding solutions.
- Configuring Recruiting, RMK and Onboarding as laid out in configuration workbooks and as per client requirements.
- Build client career site, integrate RCM with RMK and implement Advanced Analytics.
- Integrate RCM, Onboarding and Employee Central systems for seamless data flow.
- Prepare execution of test cases, test plans and test scripts.
- Conduct client admin training and end user training.
- Work on changes requests, end to end testing and documentation.
- Handling the live system issues in Recruiting and Onboarding by providing immediate resolutions.
Enough about us, let’s talk about you. You are someone with:
- 5+ years’ experience in an HR/People/Talent Development system based role ideally within a Consulting/Professional Services environment.
- A Bachelors degree or higher in IT, Electronics, Engineering or Computer Science.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Onboarding.
- Subject Matter Expertise in Human Resources & Recruitment systems processes and practices. This includes experience designing and delivering SAP Success Factors implementation for clients requiring a solution to their HR/Recruitment needs.
- Knowledge of and experience in utilising SAP delivery tools and solutions including SAP Cloud ALM, Signavio and SAP Best Practices.
- Experience in supporting customers migrating from on-premise SAP HCM to cloud SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong quantitative and analysis skills, able to uncover the heart of problems, identify root causes and offer clear solutions in a constructive and logical way.
- Sound interpersonal skills, able to gain the trust and confidence of those you collaborate with.
- Fluent (close to native level) of English language skills is essential, both written and spoken, as is the ability to engage a range of people at all organisation levels.
