Demand Analyst

Your Impact

The Demand Analyst will be responsible for overseeing our demand plans across ABNZ and The Better Drinks Company. It involves end-to-end coordination, problem-solving, and collaboration with key stakeholders to optimise efficiency and service delivery.

This exciting, fixed-term, 15-month role offers the opportunity to work alongside our key sales and supply planning partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the custodian of the Demand Planning process Within the monthly IBP cycle, ensuring quality and accuracy of the results and robustness of the interpretation.
• Coordinate the monthly IBP demand planning process through the monthly alignment & consensus process in order to critique, analyse and provide integrated understanding
• Provide process capability and expert support to those accountable for the forecast
• Liaise with Supply Chain on data flows to support integrated planning
  
  

About You

• A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline, along with commercial experience and an understanding of how strategy, commercial, and supply chain functions align is preferred but not essential
• Commercial planning experience preferably in an FMCG environment that involves data analysis, process flow, information gathering, forecasting, leading meetings is would also be an advantage
• High level of excel experience and expertise
• Sound time management skills
• Cross functional awareness with stakeholder management skills
