Archway are working with a specialist geotechnical consultancy leading subsurface investigations across New Zealand. We are seeking an experienced Geophysicist to join our client based in Auckland to deliver high-quality geophysical services on a range of critical infrastructure and commercial projects.
The job on offer?
Role
You’ll play a key role in field data acquisition, processing, and interpretation across a wide range of projects including road infrastructure, water treatment facilities, and commercial high-rise developments. Ideally you'll have experience of one or all of the below:

Work on on major infrastructure projects across New Zealand and work with experienced geophysicists in a collaborative and motivated team environment.

The job on offer?
Role
You’ll play a key role in field data acquisition, processing, and interpretation across a wide range of projects including road infrastructure, water treatment facilities, and commercial high-rise developments. Ideally you'll have experience of one or all of the below:
- Geophysical surveying using seismic (MASW, MAM, HVSR), GPR, ERT, and electromagnetic methods
- Wireline logging including televiewers, density, P&S logging, full waveform sonic
- Seismic testing (downhole, crosshole, sCPT, sDMT) and interpretation to NZ standards (e.g., NZS1170.5I
- Integrating geophysical data with geotechnical and geological datasets for comprehensive analysis and reporting
