Key Responsibilities
- Lead the requirements gathering process in close collaboration with stakeholders
- Work with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and operations
- Translate business needs into high-quality user stories, personas, and acceptance criteria
- Design and document technical solutions aligned with business objectives and technical constraints
- Support and facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, showcases, and quarterly planning
- Recent experience working in or with the banking or financial services sector
- Proven expertise working on mobile applications
- Prior exposure on digital platforms
- A consultative and analytical approach to business analysis
- Strong documentation and communication skills
