BDO Auckland’s Deal Advisory team is seeking a high-performing Senior Analyst to join our growing Corporate Finance practice. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with private equity firms, corporate clients and business owners to help them achieve their strategic growth and exit objectives.

As a Senior Analyst you will play a key role across a broad range of engagements including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) advisory
- Financial due diligence (buy-side and sell-side)
- Valuations
- Capital raising
- Financial modelling
What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a motivated and commercially astute professional who brings:
- A strong foundation in corporate finance, ideally with 2–4 years of relevant experience in a Deals, Transaction Services, or M&A environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality client reports and presentations
- A proactive, self-driven attitude with the confidence to take ownership of workstreams
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to mentor and support junior team members
