At T&G Global, we grow, market, and distribute some of the best fresh produce around the globe. We’re looking for an Imports Operations & Procurement Support Specialist to join our Imports team and help us deliver operational excellence across our SKU and T&G warehousing sites.
About The Role
- Verifying all inward, outward, and stock-in-transit consignments for accuracy and compliance with SAP and T&G Standard Practices.
- Liaising with stores, warehousing teams, and third-party logistics providers to ensure operational requirements are met.
- Leading stocktake processes across multiple sites and ensuring all discrepancies are reconciled and actioned.
- Monitoring sea and air shipments and supporting MPI and biosecurity compliance.
- Ensuring all health & safety, food safety, and quality assurance standards are adhered to and continuously improved.
- Providing outstanding internal and external customer service and supporting the wider Imports team when needed.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or import operations (produce industry experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management systems.
- A proactive mindset and ability to lead operational problem-solving.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
