He Angitūtanga / The Opportunity

Join our dynamic team as an Accounts Receivable, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our invoicing and payment processes. This position is responsible for the accurate, timely, and efficient input of client invoices, receipting of debtor payments, and maintaining the debtor sub-ledger at our National Support Office in Parnell, Auckland.

Ko o Kawenga / Your Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end billing process, including working with large sets of data using Excel.
• Allocating customer payments to the correct invoices daily, including manual receipts and direct debit payments.
• Sending statements and following up with clients to ensure debtor balances are paid in line with contractual terms.
• Coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve account queries.
  
  

He Kōrero Mōu / About You

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in accounts receivable.
• Strong experience with reconciliations and all MS Office programmes, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service etiquette.
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task with attention to detail.
• Positive 'can-do' attitude, able to work autonomously in a team environment.
