About The Opportunity
We’re looking for two reliable and proactive individuals to take on the vital role of Accommodation Site Managers. In this hands on, live-in role, you’ll help ensure our RSE (Recognised Seasonal Employer) accommodation facility remains a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for our residents.
This is a unique opportunity suited to two people looking for a shared employment arrangement—perhaps a couple, family members, or close friends, who are comfortable living and working together onsite. A three-bedroom unit is provided as part of the role, and both positions are full-time (40 hours per week per person).

- Maintain a clean, safe, and functional living environment
- Support the wellbeing and day-to-day needs of our RSE residents
- Carry out or coordinate basic property maintenance
- Monitor supplies and handle ordering of cleaning products
- Prepare accommodation before and after RSE team stays
- Coordinate Airport pick ups & drop off
- Ensure health, safety and code of conduct standards are followed
- Support residents after hours with basic wellbeing and health needs, Attending medical appointments with them
- Keep simple records of attendance and onsite issues
