The Opportunity
As our next Media Coordinator, you’ll join the action at the heart of the media world working out of our vibrant head office in Central Auckland. You’ll support a high-energy sales team, learn how campaigns come to life, and get hands-on across radio, digital, and print. Every day will bring something new—and your knack for organising, multitasking, and making things happen will shine.
How You’ll Do It
Keep Things Moving: Make the magic happen behind the scenes—coordinating bookings, helping with campaign briefs, prepping proposals, and making sure every detail’s spot on.
Support the Team: Jump in to help with events, activations, and admin that keep our commercial teams humming. You’ll also be the go-to for OneRoof support and office-wide happenings.
Learn On The Job: No media experience? No problem. We’ll show you the ropes—from systems and tools to how campaigns roll out across Aotearoa.
