Practice Lead - Applications & Integration

Our client is looking at hiring a Practice Lead who will be responsible for managing the business applications and associated integrations to deliver organisations services and functions. Seeking a candidate experienced in low-code, no-code environments. This permanent role necessitates travel to Palmerston North twice weekly.

Successful applicants will have…

• Lead application development, integration, and support across the full range of bespoke in-house developed or customised solutions up to off-the-shelf solutions including as-a-Service or hosted.
• Manage development, configuration, and integration practices also ranging from bespoke, proprietary coded to low/no-code application
• Be familiar and experienced in both data integration and APIs and the transition between these.
• Ensure effective delivery, support, service availability and appropriate enhancements working effectively with governance to plan and prioritise
• Enable automation and routine management to improve user experience
• Provide expert advice, consultancy, influence and assistance to business areas and across IT Services on applications and integration.
• Drive business and technology change through financial, technical, and strategic alignment
• Influence attitudes, decisions and actions
• Foster team performance and engagement
• Collaborate to meet strategies, plans and targets
