What You'll Do
- Spearhead the rollout of new digital features across our tourism businesses
- Optimise the online customer journey and boost retail visibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and streamline operations
- Lead training, testing, and implementation of onsite and e-commerce sales tools
- Support the development of a centralised CRM and sales distribution platform
- Champion cultural confidence and uphold the values of manaakitanga and kotahitanga
- 2+ years in project management or digital systems implementation
- Experience with tourism reservation systems (IBIS preferred)
- Tech-savvy with CRM, APIs, and digital marketing know-how
- A collaborative spirit and a heart for cultural growth
- A passion for innovation and delivering unforgettable visitor experiences
