We're searching for a Programme/Project Manager who is exceptionally skilled in managing technical projects within this niche domain. Key Responsibilities:

  • Project and Stakeholder Management: Coordinate integration projects, ensuring strategic alignment and effective communication with stakeholders for timely delivery.

  • Technical Strategy and Leadership: Collaborate with technical teams to develop integration strategies and provide guidance to ensure successful execution.

  • Quality Assurance and Standards: Uphold standards and best practices to maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Resource and Risk Management: Efficiently allocate resources and mitigate project risks to optimise outcomes and ensure smooth execution.

  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation in project management practices, seeking opportunities to enhance productivity and streamline processes.

Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experience

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, along with project management certifications like PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile methodologies.

  • Project Management Expertise: Over 5 years of experience in leading complex technical projects, particularly those involving integration and data platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Mulesoft.

  • Leadership and Strategic Planning: Proven ability to manage teams and develop strategies that align with business goals and leverage technical capabilities.

  • Risk Management: Strong skills in identifying and mitigating risks and issues within projects to ensure smooth execution.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and convey complex information clearly.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving project landscape.
