This is a rare opportunity to join the Bayleys team in a management role at a time of growth. Bayleys Mt Eden branch is growing and needs an energetic, motivated and people-focused leader.

The office is high profile and perfectly poised to release a significant market opportunity in Mt Eden and multiple surrounding suburbs.

You will be ‘hands-on' in day-to-day sales management and compliance for this positive business. The office is being fully renovated making it an exciting and attractive environment for our 14 current team members and those that you will recruit. There is a strong team culture where success is both coached and celebrated.

You will receive strong support from the wider Bayleys leadership team whilst having plenty of autonomy to develop and grow the office your way.

Are you the Branch Manager to lead the team through continued momentum?

You will be an authentic leader with strong relationship skills, the ability to maintain the high profile of the business by being actively involved in the business and local community. You’ll have a proven track record of sales management, be results-orientated, and a great people person able to recruit additional sales consultants.

Real estate experience and a Branch Managers licence are desirable, however intensive industry training will be provided to the right candidate if required, including support to obtain your qualifications.
