You'll be the behind-the-scenes superstar keeping the BOP branch running like a well-oiled machine. You'll:
- Handle admin tasks like job setup, invoicing, timesheets, and quotes
- Manage purchase orders, mail, and phone/email queries
- Support the team with health & safety compliance, PPE, and training bookings
- Coordinate supplier invoices and help keep our systems accurate
- Keep the office humming - organised, tidy, stocked, and professional
- Great communicator - written, phone, face-to-face
- Super organised and efficient - you love a to-do list
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Good with numbers and details (you've worked with invoices, expenses, or similar)
- Comfortable using business systems and Microsoft Office
