Payrate: $30 per hour
Minimum Hours of Work Per Week: 30
Maximum Hours of Work Per Week: 40

Key Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

• A Level 4 or higher relevant qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and control all operations of the Mövenpick ice cream store to ensure smooth and profitable functioning

• Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards in line with brand expectations

• Promote and advertise the store's products through in-store campaigns and customer engagement activities

• Ensure accurate record keeping of stock, staff hours, and daily financial transactions

• Manage budgets, monitor performance, and implement cost control strategies

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to store policies

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and in a timely manner

• Ensure compliance with health and safety, food hygiene, and employment regulations

• Prepare operational reports for the business owners on staffing, performance, and financial outcomes
